Task: Help this 20 provider blended OB/GYN and Pediatrics practice re-brand with a revamped website, new visual collateral, social media program, co-branding with PES and other vendors, local advertising, and a PR campaign for existing and new doctors to drive awareness in their marketing area and offer providers marketing support to grow critical practice metrics.
Bottom Line: We had 20% year-over-year patient growth at the practice, garnered significant positive feedback on the rebranding and site, increased the capacity metrics of providers across the board and rapidly brought new providers’ practices up to acceptable capacity within months of announcing the openings.
We also earned national and local coverage of providers throughout the campaign.
Task: Create and manage a 16 location regional women’s heath practice’s Facebook page while integrating the practice’s existing branding and messaging platform.We also added Google places to the mix to allow for hyper local marketing for each individual practice location.
Bottom Line: After integrating critical Facebook apps to include a high level of functionality and building out necessary content and information capture. We had 42000% growth in one week in likes. 0 to nearly 1500+ likes in a short two-week period.
We continue to add content, features and functionality to continue patient education and information campaigns while respectfully marketing more of the practice’s services to patients.
Task: Help the practice re-brand, define its core market and grow for trade sale.
Bottom Line: We redesigned the marketing collateral and changed their existing outreach strategy. We focused the practice manager on developing new business relationships through networking with other potential referrers. The outreach effort resulted in an average increase of 18-new patients per month over a two year period, before the practice was sold and subsumed into a much larger organization.
The medical team reaped a 3000% return on their investment.
